The
Black Dog Wharf Policies & Terms
• A 50% deposit is required for stays
of more than one night, balance due upon arrival. One night stay
requires full payment. Minimum dockage fee is based on 35 foot
per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Rafting may be required at the Dockmaster's discretion.
The Black Dog Wharf reserves the right to raft, full
charges still apply. During high season, rafting should be expected.
• Assignment and re-assignment of dock space
is at Dockmaster's discretion.
• All fees apply regardless of weather conditions.
Dockmaster has the right to clear dock at any time.
• Cancellation Policy: 72 hours or more
prior to arrival, a minimum charge of one night's dockage fee
will be applied. No refund of deposit will be given for any cancellation
within 72 hours of arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
• Dockage at The Black Dog Wharf is at your own risk.
The facility's owner and operator are not responsible for damage
caused by fire, theft, casualty, and any other cause whatsoever
to any person, vessel, or its contents.
• Two night minimum on weekends (Friday, Saturday) during
July and August
• Temporary dockage hourly rate in-season $15.00 |
